A heater that achieves high efficiency and clean heating without the need for insulation! The gas heater "Clean Hot" is an electric heater that utilizes bending technology!

The gas heater "Clean Hot" achieves a reduction in the surface temperature of the outer pipe without the use of insulation materials, thanks to its special internal structure. It can be used in environments such as clean rooms since insulation materials are not required. You can choose from six different models according to the heater capacity (W). It supports gas heating from 50 to 1000 NL/min (refer to each model). Here is a case study solved by Shin-Net Industrial. We received a request to use our "Clean Hot" product, but due to limited installation space, the customer wanted a product that could be half the length, even if the diameter was larger. Simply increasing the bending diameter of the heater would reduce the flow rate and pose a risk of overheating, so it was necessary to devise a solution for the gas flow. Based on the data from when we developed the same product, we worked on increasing the gas flow radially and creating a heater with equivalent performance. [Case Study] Small Flow Gas Heater

Increase the flow speed and enlarge the contact area of the heater! Introducing a case study for resolution.

Here is a case study solved by Shin-Net Industrial. We received a request to raise a small gas flow of 0.1L/min to 10L/min up to 350℃. The standard products we offer are designed for several hundred L/min, so they are too small for the required flow rate. Unlike water, gas does not transfer heat easily, so we thought the key was to increase the flow velocity and enlarge the heater's contact area. Therefore, we ensured sufficient flow velocity by narrowing the gas flow pipe. We selected our 1.8 ultra-thin heater and tightly wound it around the gas flow pipe to secure the contact area. High flow gas heater compatible with over 1000 NL/min

Inline electric heater "High Flow Gas Heater" that can be directly connected to piping.

Compared to a typical shell-type heater (which has linear sheath heaters arranged inside the container), the length is reduced to about half. Our technology for bending sheath heaters in complex shapes has achieved compactness. It is an inline type that can be directly connected to existing piping. Additionally, the gas connection part is made of stainless steel, allowing for clean gas heating.
